Lily converted to B&W in Nik SilverEfex Pro, then reduced the opacity slightly until a hint of color returned. Then added a vertical grain in PS, followed by a gentle vignette blur.

NIKON D300 3 seconds F/22.0 ISO 200 157 mm (35mm equiv.)

Exquisite. Superbly processed. The vertical grain is very cool. You illustrate why I do Silver Efex in PS rather than LR. Blend modes and changing opacity is crucial.
