Paper White

Posted by
Barbara Kile (Ft. Worth, United States) on 3 January 2012 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

I was playing around with Topaz and applied a gentle solarization to this Paper White; then applied a texture at 26% opacity in overlay mode. A different result, but fun to play!

I like this a lot, Barbara. So ethereal and delicate, like ice almost. Flowers and ice. I like that. You are always pushing the envelope, good for you!

Tomas Turecek from Czech Republic

Awesome, Barbara, really awesome. And in awe I stood when I saw it. The blossoms look like made of ice or glass and it makes them so fragile. The combination of ice white and dark blue is also fantastic. Definitely the best flower photo I saw in long time, let's say at least in half a year. Bravo!

5 Jan 2012 6:34pm

@Tomas Turecek: Thanks fellow flower buddy!
