Beautiful selective sharpness and blur. You have a way of positioning the flowers that is visually pleasing.

Soft but holding the promise of the future. A nice way of presenting the tulip.

I love the texture in the folded petal. Congrats on the lovely shots in 500px.

We went to Ennis to drive the Bluebonnet Trail Saturday. The flowers were great, but the sky and light did not cooperate at all. It was overcast and very hazy most of the morning.

Don't know if I'll post on 500px, but I've bookmarked it. Too busy right now to expand on line. Are you going to try selling prints through the site?

3 Apr 2012 9:53am

@Anita: No - I always hesitate to post full res online. I'll offer them through my website. I sell a few here and there, but 500px is certainly helping with exposure. I deleted my Flickr because it was too much work for too little result. Hopefully, I can drive traffic to the website. No one is going to get rich off selling prints - so what happens, happens. I was asked to write a blog post as a guest blogger, so that came from 500px. I'll post the link here when it posts.
